With this site I try to help you become as self sufficient as possible, however everybody needs a little extra help now and then. If the constantly growing list of things that need doing seems to much for you to deal with (or you just don’t want to do it), and you live in Medina county, Bexar county or surrounding area here in Texas, please get in touch with me here and schedule some handyman service work.
The pricing will be $60-$120 per hour depending on the complexity of the work, with higher skilled or more dangerous work being on the higher end, and there is a one hour minimum charge. Pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning are charged on a square footage basis. There will also be an additional charge at half the rate of the service if the job requires me to bring a helper to complete.

For larger jobs, or commercial jobs, that require an estimate you can email or text pictures of the repair needed and I will give you a free general estimate but until I have a chance to look at it in person that estimate is a guideline only and is not binding.
